"Snitel"








Ingredients: You can use chicken breasts or pork meat or beef meat . I used here beef muscle cut slices and beat with the meat hammer for better "inside" cooking . I used black peper ,salt and a mixt of 2eggs with white flour and a little bit salt and peper. The cooking temperature must be medium ,if its too high it will burn outisde and remain uncooked inside . The meat is done when inside has white color .This "Snitel" can be served with mash potatoes as a second menu , or rise or fried potatoes .
