"Mici" or "Mititei"






Ingredients : pork or beef meat,mutton meat ,or a mixt bewteen different type of meat , special seazoning . Goes perfect with yellow mustard and cold beer .I use some bacon near "mici" .Mixt them all , add a little cold wather (about a small coffe cup or a half a glass ) and leave them to rest for about an hour .The original recipe -use only the gril for cooking , but any of this can be adjusted according to the needs and possibilities.
