Sarbatori Fericite /Happy Hollidays

Appetiser " Salata de Boeuf"
"Salata de Boeuf" is served as an appetiser , is one of the traditional meal of Cristmass , Happy New Year , Happy Eastier . Is made of a mixt of bloiled vegetables as : carrots , potatoes ,celery roots,mitxted with peas, pickled cucumber, boiled meat (chicken or bef or romanian bacon & salami ),bloiled eggs , home made mayonnaise and very nice decorated .

Fruit Cake
All my meals are "home made".
For the composition inside and for top decoration- fresh fruits : strawberys , oranges ,bananas , pineapple slices , kiwi , salted peanuts on the side and whipped cream in the middle and on the top .
4 eggs,200 g flour, 220gsugar ,vanilla essence ,fruit gel .After filling , the cake weight 2.5kg and was enough for 12-16 persons depending of how big the portion needed to be.

For this cake i used : 4 fresh eggs, 200g sugar,200g flour , "rom" essence, cocoa powder,nuts,chocolate cream , soft butter ,raisins
Final weight after filling 2,2kg .

Sarmalute & Ardei umpluti
"Sarmalutele "(Cabbage rolls) and " Ardei Umpluti"(Stuffed Peppers), both have the same composition inside : meat (beef mixt with pork ), onions ,tomatoes ,carrots, rice, eggs,dill,spices .Above here are presented different
plates , the filling , the stuffed peppers & the cabbage rolls before boilling , the "romanian" Cabbage . They regulary and traditionaly are served on the same plate with polenta (not pictured here) and sour cream on the top.
"Chiftelute" or Meat Balls
"Chiftelutele " or "Meat Balls" , can be served as appetiser with cheese , tomatoes , cucumbers,dry salami,olives, filled eggs all toghether on the same plate , or as 2-nd menu with tomatoes sauce with onion/garlic /dill/spices near rice or mash potatoes .
Chiftelute contain meat ( beef or pork or a mixt between them), garlic, eggs,spices ,dill.
