"Bezele" or "Marshmallows"







Ingredients: 8 egg whites ,250g zugar,cocoa powder(2 big tbs),3 drops almond extract, 3 drops rum extract ,200g smashed walnuts .Beat the whote eggs with the sugar until the sugar is completly melted , add both extracts rum &almond , add the smashed walnuts and using a little spoon set them for cooking as in the pics .I use the special wax paper for coockies and the aven must be preheated with 15minutes ahead using at 200F. Cooking time abour 15-20min , when they are done (they are crispy and melting in you're mouth) you need to let them get cold and after that you can gently remove from the paper.Dificutly -medium , time -around 45minutes all , they are very tastey and presentable.
