Appetiser " Salata de Boeuf"







"Salata de Boeuf" is served as an appetiser , is one of the traditional meal of Cristmass , Happy New Year , Happy Eastier . Is made of a mixt of bloiled vegetables as : carrots , potatoes ,celery roots,mitxted with peas, pickled cucumber, boiled meat (chicken or bef or romanian bacon & salami ),bloiled eggs , home made mayonnaise and very nice decorated .
