








"Sarmalutele "(Cabbage rolls) and " Ardei Umpluti"(Stuffed Peppers), both have the same composition inside : meat (beef mixt with pork ), onions ,tomatoes ,carrots, rice, eggs,dill,spices .Above here are presented different
plates , the filling , the stuffed peppers & the cabbage rolls before boilling , the "romanian" Cabbage . They regulary and traditionaly are served on the same plate with polenta (not pictured here) and sour cream on the top.
