Fruit cake with white frosting

Ingredients:
cake crust - 4 eggs,200g(1cup) sugar,vanilla extract 3drops,1cup white floor./per two i made two of them as you can see in the pics above.
the filling -1)whippe cheam ,banana . 2)vanilla cream (see recipe into previouse cake i posted )
on the sides -home made chocolate and smashed saled peanuts
on the top-white frosting

Baked Courgettes (own recipe)

Ingredients/(4persons portions): 1courgette ,2 tomatoes,cauliflower(1/4 from a medium one),2-3eggs,50 g feta cheese,4tbs organic lowfat yogurt ,3tbs sour cream ,3tbs fresh small cutted dill ,peper &salt (not too much , feta cheese is salted too),2-3tbs butter . We cut slices all vegetable (medium size->big),put them all toghether with the butter and 2 glass of warm wather to steam under medium heat for about 10-15min .After that add the dill,sal t&black pepper at the end when you are ready to set all in a big aven tray (i put some butter previously on it)as in the pic . Before covering all steamed vegetable (that by now are half done) put some feta cheese on the top (as pictured) after that add the separately mixted (eggs with the yogurt ,the sour cream and little dill/peper/salt) and cover all well. Bake in the aven other 10-15 minutes on 200->250F until you see the egg on the top is changing the color in dark yellow->light brown .I use the pizza knife to cut squares and at the end on the plate the food look like rows of vegetable ,chesse &eggs and it will feel flufy and will melt in youre mouth. The smell will invite all friends and familly toghether :D . Very light food ,can be served as it is or next to some garlic bread or next to any cooked meat/steack .Looks and taste incredible good !

"Bechamel"

Ingredients: beef meat ,boiled pasta, vanilla cream (see the recipe down at the vanilla cake) , salt ,black peper ,little bit ground cumin and ground nutmeg

Vanilla Cake with home made chocolate topping and wipped cream

Filling : vanilla cream -> 1/2kg milk,5 tbs sugar ,2 tbs white flour,1tbs vanilla extract .
On the top/side: home made chocolate ,smashed peanuts ,whipped cream

Chocolate cake with orange , banana and quince jam

Ingredients: 4 eggs,200g sugar ,vanilla & extract -4 drops for the crust of cake .
Filling : whipped cream ,1 banana cuted slices, home made quince jam.
The top - home made chocolate (butter,cocoa powder ,powder milk,rum extract ,sugar).whipped cream, slices of orange .
On the sides : smashed peanuts

"Bezele" or "Marshmallows"

Ingredients: 8 egg whites ,250g zugar,cocoa powder(2 big tbs),3 drops almond extract, 3 drops rum extract ,200g smashed walnuts .Beat the whote eggs with the sugar until the sugar is completly melted , add both extracts rum &almond , add the smashed walnuts and using a little spoon set them for cooking as in the pics .I use the special wax paper for coockies and the aven must be preheated with 15minutes ahead using at 200F. Cooking time abour 15-20min , when they are done (they are crispy and melting in you're mouth) you need to let them get cold and after that you can gently remove from the paper.Dificutly -medium , time -around 45minutes all , they are very tastey and presentable.

"Snitel"

Ingredients: You can use chicken breasts or pork meat or beef meat . I used here beef muscle cut slices and beat with the meat hammer for better "inside" cooking . I used black peper ,salt and a mixt of 2eggs with white flour and a little bit salt and peper. The cooking temperature must be medium ,if its too high it will burn outisde and remain uncooked inside . The meat is done when inside has white color .This "Snitel" can be served with mash potatoes as a second menu , or rise or fried potatoes .

"Mici" or "Mititei"

Ingredients : pork or beef meat,mutton meat ,or a mixt bewteen different type of meat , special seazoning . Goes perfect with yellow mustard and cold beer .I use some bacon near "mici" .Mixt them all , add a little cold wather (about a small coffe cup or a half a glass ) and leave them to rest for about an hour .The original recipe -use only the gril for cooking , but any of this can be adjusted according to the needs and possibilities.

Sarbatori Fericite /Happy Hollidays

De sfintele Sarbatori sa deschidem usa pentru oaspeti dragi, si inima pentru speranta, bucurie si lumina. Sa fim mai optimisti si sa privim inainte cu incredere, stiind ca daca avem credinta, drumul din fata noastra va fi presarat cu impliniri.

Appetiser " Salata de Boeuf"

"Salata de Boeuf" is served as an appetiser , is one of the traditional meal of Cristmass , Happy New Year , Happy Eastier . Is made of a mixt of bloiled vegetables as : carrots , potatoes ,celery roots,mitxted with peas, pickled cucumber, boiled meat (chicken or bef or romanian bacon & salami ),bloiled eggs , home made mayonnaise and very nice decorated .

Ingredients : 4 eggs, 250 g white flour,200g sugar,"rom" & "vanilla"essence ,cocoa powder ,nuts and a lot of love .

Fruit Cake

All my meals are "home made".
For the composition inside and for top decoration- fresh fruits : strawberys , oranges ,bananas , pineapple slices , kiwi , salted peanuts on the side and whipped cream in the middle and on the top .
4 eggs,200 g flour, 220gsugar ,vanilla essence ,fruit gel .After filling , the cake weight 2.5kg and was enough for 12-16 persons depending of how big the portion needed to be.

Chocolate cake

For this cake i used : 4 fresh eggs, 200g sugar,200g flour , "rom" essence, cocoa powder,nuts,chocolate cream , soft butter ,raisins
Final weight after filling 2,2kg .

Sarmalute & Ardei umpluti

"Sarmalutele "(Cabbage rolls) and " Ardei Umpluti"(Stuffed Peppers), both have the same composition inside : meat (beef mixt with pork ), onions ,tomatoes ,carrots, rice, eggs,dill,spices .Above here are presented different
plates , the filling , the stuffed peppers & the cabbage rolls before boilling , the "romanian" Cabbage . They regulary and traditionaly are served on the same plate with polenta (not pictured here) and sour cream on the top.

"Chiftelute" or Meat Balls

"Chiftelutele " or "Meat Balls" , can be served as appetiser with cheese , tomatoes , cucumbers,dry salami,olives, filled eggs all toghether on the same plate , or as 2-nd menu with tomatoes sauce with onion/garlic /dill/spices near rice or mash potatoes .

Chiftelute contain meat ( beef or pork or a mixt between them), garlic, eggs,spices ,dill.
